This programme is delivered through our personal training app, where we can keep you accountable by setting daily and weekly tasks to keep you on track. The app also serves as a direct communication channel, enabling you to ask questions, request changes, and receive guidance from me whenever needed.
Additionally, you'll gain access to the Revitalise Hub, a valuable resource housing educational videos on exercise, nutrition, and mindset. These resources are designed to educate and empower you, equipping you with the knowledge to take control of your health and fitness journey.
Once you've submitted an enquiry form, we carefully review the information you provide. Following this, we'll reach out to schedule a clarity call with you. During this call, we'll discuss how we can best support you on your journey.
